CANCELLATION POLICY

 To ensure that every member of our staff receives a fair wage. It is important to us that our guests understand that the proceeds collected under this policy go directly to compensate, in part, the service providers who have lost income due to an untimely cancellation. It is by no means a punitive policy but rather one of restoration 

 Arriving late may affect the length of your service, or eliminate the opportunity to receive your service. Arriving late will result in 100% of reserved service amount. 

 Please note that by booking an appointment at Massage Wellness you’re agreeing to our policies and a no-show or short notice cancellation charge. 

CANCELLATION FEE

NO CHARGE- Cancel before session 12 hours and up

CHARGE 50%- Cancel before session 3 hours

CHARGE 70% -NO SHOW
